You will have an understanding and experience working within in the mid-high end boutique building environment a plus and be driven by excellence.Skills & experience

• High-level understanding of double storey construction and the ability to skilfully draft working drawings using ArchiCAD.
• Strong understanding of current Australian Standards, NCC and R-Codes.
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Minimum 3 years industry experience within the Perth market
• High level communication skills
• Preferably experience with Databuild
