To succeed in this role you'll have...
- Experience as a Property Manager and/or property management assistant and/or residential leasing consultant
- Certificate of Registration as an Agent's Representative or currently studying Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms
- A valid drivers license and criminal history check
- Immaculate presentation and professional attitude
- Skill in managing people's expectations and maintaining client relationships
- Confidence in problem solving; and
- Attention to detail
