They are searching for a passionate, goal orientated and committed Sales Cadet strong in providing top customer service. You will work alongside a leading agent, where you will learn all things Residential Sales.

Your day-to-day duties would include the following;
- Prospecting Daily
- Liaising with the marketing & administration team
- Campaign Administration
- Manage vendor, buyer enquiry, solicitors
- Data entry
- Scheduling and assisting with open inspections
- Vendor reports
- Vendor/listing ‘service’ management – assisting with campaign preparation
- Preparation of sale documentation and processing for the admin team
- Attend / coordinate pre-settlement | Pest & Building inspections
- Holds previous sales experience
- is well organised, efficient and able to juggle competing priorities
- thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment and always willing to go the extra mile
- has a strong work ethic and is flexible with working hours (this is NOT your typical 9 to 5 role!)
- prides themselves on attention to detail and providing quality work
- displays confidence and strong communication skills
- presents immaculately and is always professional
- computer and app literacy
- Has your Agents Rep/Cert 4 in Real Estate practice
- Reliable car and drivers licence
