About the role
An experienced and professional residential construction scheduler is required to join an established team with a strong background in double story builds.
General Key Responsibilities for the role
- Support a number of assigned projects at various stages of construction
- Raising and issuing purchase orders to suppliers based on quantified materials and labour
- Booking in site construction dates
- Procure subcontractor and supplier quotes for ordering
- Monitor project costs analysis versus estimated costs.
Skills & experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Ability to solve problems and manage appropriate outcomes and resolutions
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- High level communication skills
- Preferably experience with Databuild
