- Assist in managing and implementing our emergency management and business continuity frameworks, as they adapt to evolving business operations and external factors
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective emergency management, and business continuity practices
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing resilience, ensuring alignment with Powerlink's enterprise strategy
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, adeptly addressing risks to achieve group goals
- Apply a risk-centric approach to develop pragmatic solutions that effectively mitigate business risks
- Work effectively with stakeholders across all levels, building credibility and fostering cooperation
- Facilitate workshops and training, including the coordination and management of external stakeholders and contractors.
- Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills, crafting clear and concise plans and engaging stakeholders effectively
- Flexibly manage priorities and incorporate new approaches to meet evolving business needs
- Analyse and evaluate issues to develop fit-for-purpose recommendations
