About the role
An opportunity exists for a friendly and enthusiastic professional to join our Car Parking and Access team.
Our Car Parking and Access team are responsible for the management of all Eastern Health Car Parks, be it on site, leased, permit Parking and so on. This role is critical in supporting the development of strategies to increase staff and public Car Parking availability, alongside improvements to our waitlists and revenue generation. It requires a strong aptitude for responding to, and where possible resolving complaints and/or disputes. The role also covers administrative tasks such as reviewing Car Parking applications and accepting, declining or coming up with alternate solutions for the applicants, assisting peers in actioning access requests, or your Team Lead with various Car Parking duties.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills and previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong aptitude for responding to complaints/disputes, with problem solving skills.
- A team focus with the ability to work well as part of a diverse team
- Strong computer, analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to make recommendations to better our offering, systems, processes, guidelines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
