- Investigate and resolve all member and third-party complaints.
- Research and analyse legislation, fund rules and precedents to provide accurate, timely and quality work.
- Keep up to date on developments in the superannuation industry and assess potential implications for Australian Retirement Trust.
- Review on-going patterns and trends as opportunities to identify the possible causes of problems and issues and use this information to facilitate change and drive initiatives to improve processes, products and services with key stakeholders.
- You will have extensive experience working in and understanding the superannuation industry or similar environment.
- You will be able to work successfully within a team in a high-volume customer service work environment.
- You will have a strong knowledge and understanding, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the superannuation or related industries and legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and provide appropriate solutions that effectively address and balance both customer and business needs.
