Noosa Pacific Resort is seeking a Resort All-Rounder, Groundsman and a Housekeeper to join the team. Noosa Pacific is a well-established self-contained holiday units that offers luxurious and tranquil accommodation for special getaways. Located along the Noosa River, we are seeking a new team member to assist with the everyday duties and logistics of the resort.
RESORT ALL - ROUNDERDaily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, owners.
- Assist guests in local information regarding tours, things to do etc.
- Taking customer enquiries and reservations via phone and email
- Guest bookings via OTA sites like Booking.com, Expedia, etc
- Linen ordering and stock control
- Assist in cleaning when required
- Maintain common areas to high standard, lift foyers, etc
- Ensure gyms and tennis courts kept to a high standard
- Help guests with hire equipment
- Help maintaining the resort to a high standard.
- Addressing maintenance issues
- Ensure general grounds kept at a high standard
- Strong focus on workplace health and safety requirements.
- Other duties as required
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication and people skills, written and verbal.
- Multi task skills as well as using initiative to get the job done
- Physically fit and not afraid of hard work.
- Personable professionalism and adaptability.
- 7 day availability
- Permanent resident, no working visas.
Preferred Prerequisites:
- Suitable experience in accommodation and tourism industry; management rights knowledge preferred.
- Housekeeping experience
- Sound skill level with MS Office and Windows
- PMS experience (we use Resly)
Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Departure, spring and service cleans of 2 and 3 bedroom self contained holiday units as well as common areas on occasion.
- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Cleaning in accomodation experience is preferred.

RESORT GROUNDSMAN
Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for looking after Resort Pools & Spa's
- Maintain resort grounds to pristine standard
- Cleaning Bathrooms
- Sweeping Pathways
- BBQs cleaning
- Sweeping Boardwalk and Pontoons
- Sweeping Tennis Court
- Weeding Gardens
- Early starts to mid-morning finish
- Other

- 7-day availability from 5am
Preferred Prerequisites:
- Gardening, building maintenance or handyman experience
- Pool and spa maintenance experience
