Restaurant Manager - Smokey Charcoal Chicken-Mirrabooka
Job Summary:
Devanshi Pty Ltd is a well-established hospitality company in Perth with multiple restaurants located in Perth. We are currently seeking experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and providing a delightful dining experience to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
• Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high food quality and service standards.
• Direct and supervise the cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards and keep appropriate records.
• Monitor the actions of staff and customers to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and oversee bookkeeping records.
• Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods, ensuring they meet our standards.
• Meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair services for equipment and other necessary services.
• Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and securely lock the facility at the end of the day.
• Assist owners and Chefs in selecting or creating successful menu items based on various considerations, and assign prices based on cost analysis.
• Recruit, hire, and oversee training for staff members to maintain a high-performing team.
• Schedule work hours for servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor food preparation and cooking methods to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Outstanding team player with a helpful and reliable demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Australian visa/citizenship status (mention in the application).
Salary and Benefits:
• Base Annual Salary: $70,000 (depending on experience and skill set).
