Position: Restaurant ManagerLocation: Western Sydney: Full-time, Weekend Availability Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Implement and monitor cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
