This venue incorporates a restaurant, function facilities and a busy café.
Suitable candidates will have full organisational understanding of managing a restaurant and venue, combined with sales experience to lead the sales coordinator.
Must-haves:
In charge of all floor ops
Sales driven profile and able to develop the sales processes
Implementing & Maintain best service practices
Interviewing & introducing new staff members
Costings of all rosters in advance
Checking and responding to any social media platforms and comments
Initiatives for bar, cocktail menus, and promotions
Firm, fair, and creating a positive environment
Energetic, resourceful & committed
Must have competent computer skills
Exceptional Customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Albert Park VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred)
