- Managing the performance of the assigned venue to meet KPI’s (cost of goods and labour cost)
- Coaching and developing your FOH and BOH team members to lead and motivate them to reach success for themselves and the brand.
- Overseeing the recruitment and training of your team including identifying and implementing career development plans
- Maintaining regular communication with your team to achieve results
- Work closely with the director, marketing and wholesale teams to develop and implement systems to drive retail performance
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, procedures and OH&S and food safety procedures
- Contributing to business strategy and future development in Senior Management meetings
- arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Minimum two years work experience in the field.
- Minimum qualification - Diploma in management or hospitality major
- Strong ability to build rapport and engagement with your team to get the best results
- Ability to get things done – You must be able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Effective delegation skills – You can’t do it all yourself. You will need to lean on your team members.
- Must be very approachable to staff and customers alike

- Strong financial acumen in controlling wage and operation costs, stock levels, and COG’s
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience in a busy hospitality environment

- Well-developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office & POS & Payroll systems
- The ability and confidence to facilitate training at all levels
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Approved manager certificate is required but not essential to get the job
