The duties performed will be:
- Overseeday-to-day operations for both Front of the House and Back of the House in the restaurant.
- Enhanceservice quality and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Addresscustomer complaints promptly and accurately.
- Regularlyassess product quality and explore potential new vendors.
- Coordinateand supervise shifts effectively.
- Evaluatestaff performance, offering constructive feedback for enhanced productivity.
- Anticipatefuture requirements for supplies, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Ensureadherence to sanitation and safety regulations.
- Uphold andenhance the restaurant's positive image, proposing improvements as needed. Manageoperational costs and identify strategies to minimize waste.
- Generatecomprehensive reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Fosterbrand promotion within the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurantevents.
