Job Description- Oversee daily operations of the Food and Beverage departments, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless service and guest experiences.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and development.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Superior communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
