As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Whether it's setting up for an event or providing top-notch customer service, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests and locals.
Collaborate with the team to maintain venue standards and uphold service excellence.
Ensure accurate revenue accounting by completing cash/charge summaries and balancing daily activities.
Attend to weekly rosters to meet business requirements and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Promote safe environmental practices throughout daily operations.
Provide support to other departments as required.
Attend all scheduled meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements:
Availability to work Weekend and Evening shifts.
Current RSA Essential
Positive attitude with a willingness to work across restaurant and events settings.
Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or function centre is desirable but not essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of WH&S and commitment to safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
