We supply a broad range of consumables to the Aged Care, NDIS and Community sectors. At HECSA, every decision we make is focused on the solutions that provide better outcomes for our customers. In the role of Retail Assistant, your main goal is to provide outstanding service in our showroom, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and medical professionals. Your dedication to customer service and expertise in our products will be crucial in boosting sales and helping clients discover the perfect solutions. We also provide a shipping option and some orders will be required to be picked from our warehouse and shipped with an external carrier.
Qualifications & experience
- Knowledge of medical consumables. This could be from a previous sales, nursing or other role
- Must have Customer Service experience
- Must have great communication skills.
- Confident using computers, tablets, POS and Apps. Be able to learn new systems quickly.
- Pick and Pack Experience
- Being able to multitask and be efficient.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer telephone queries and provide assistance to clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and family members to offer customised solutions.
- Receiving stock, picking, and shipping orders.
- Create invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the presentation of the store and warehouse.
