Job Description: We are seeking confident and outgoing casual assistants to join our new team at our brand new store when it opens in July.
As a key member of our team, you will deliver outstanding shopping experiences to our customers, as well as general retail and office duties.
Working Hours:
- Up to 10 Hours per week to start, with the opportunity for more in the future.
- Working days are Tuesday-Saturday whenever required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces, providing product information, and offering styling advice.
- Process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising displays.
- Support the director/jeweller with various tasks as needed.
- General office tasks, including postage, errands, cleaning and answering the phone.
Requirements:
- People-skills is a must.
- Passion for luxury sales.
- A keen eye for design and visual displays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Availability to work when required including weekends.
- An up to date police clearance.
- 3 relevant references.
- Ability to use technology and learn advanced point of sale systems.
