Little Rippers Lifestyles is a fast paced, locally owned Department Store located in Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory. We have been operating for over 15 years. We provide a range of quality products such as clothing, shoes, furniture, bedding, whitegoods, nursery, toys, linen and kitchen appliances. We pride ourselves on only stocking the best brands such as Quicksilver, Nike SB, Puma, New Balance, Rip Curl, Volcom, Westinghouse, Simpson, Hisense, Sheridan and so much more! We pride ourselves on only delivering the best customer service to our customers and clients.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a retail or service environment
- Be reliable, punctual, honest
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with a drive to achieve
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written communication
- The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Merchandising - pricing, unpacking, displays and stocking of shelves
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Ability to learn our POS and EFTPOS systems, experience with Xero a bonus
- Back of House- Assist in unloading deliveries from couriers and processing stock
