About the role
Are you looking to enhance your career in retail management? An incredible opportunity exists for a dynamic, highly motivated, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
Situated inside the Esteemed Karrinyup shopping centre, Bstore’s journey to “B” the nation's Number One retailer of cool comfort shoes continues.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting your Store Manager in driving success and developing your teams members customer service skills to achieve an outstanding customer experience for our visitors, every time.
- Driving your stores sales targets and KPIs to ensuring the success of your fast-paced, high-performing store, while never losing sight of the customers perfect fit.
- Stock control to ensure accuracy and cleanliness in our efficient spaces.
- Contribution to the company success by driving your business to greatness alongside your colleagues both in your store and your sister stores.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
- A hunger and drive to succeed in your role and beyond.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a “make it happen attitude”
- Good IT skills and computer literacy.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proven retail or hospitality management experience
