The primary role of theâ¯Retail Coordinatorâ¯is to assist the Retail Manager in aâ¯co-ordinationâ¯and supervisory capacity of employees and day to day store activities. This role is a full-time role which will have a pay range of $29.66- $30.00.

- Coordinating staff recruitment if required
- Coordinating staff training and development activities
- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
- Assisting with customer service queriesâ¯
- Resolving staffing issues and stockâ¯discrepanciesâ¯
- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety

In this fast pace, dynamic, multifaceted role where every day is different, you will be responsible for:
- Effective supervisory, leadership and people management skills
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
- Dedicated work ethic
- Eye for detail and accuracyâ¯
- Experience in the retail pharmacy industry in New Zealand preferred
- 1 year or more of retail management experience preferred
- NZ qualification level 5 and over in management preferred
- Understanding of pharmacy and pharmaceutical goods is a plus but not necessary.
