AddressTerryWhite Chemmart are seeking a Retail Leaderwho is passionate about Excellent Customer Service, and offering holistic healthcare solutions to make a difference in the Health Outcomes of our community.
30 - 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Full or Part Time for the right candidate.
This role will work closely with the Managing Pharmacist to implement new initiatives and provide outstanding customer service and advice to our community as well as training and leading the team to achieve success.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Serving our customers and help with OTC products and their holistic health needs
- Stock control, including purchasing, reporting, dealing with sales reps
- Coordinate merchandising and planograms
- Leading the execution of new & existing initiatives so that we can continuously make our customer interactions better
- Assisting Managing Pharmacist with administration and rostering
- Updating customer medical profiles
- Assist the Pharmacist within the dispensary when required
- Collate scripts for PBS claims
- Lead the team on our online learning around customer service and product knowledge
- Closely follow pharmacy procedures
- General pharmacy duties and housekeeping
Skills and Experience Required
The successful applicant should have the following:
- Previous Pharmacy Assistant Experience in Australia
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dedicated and motivated work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business and complete Customer Service & I-learn modules to keep up to date with industry knowledge
- Ability to follow processes
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Can-do attitude & Strong Teamwork skills
- First Aid and CPR qualifications desirable
