Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to meet customer demand
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and support to team members
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales analysis
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and standards (preferred but not required)
- Chinese/Mandarin speaking as an advantage
