Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Utilise your expertise in pumps and irrigation systems to provide personalized recommendations and solutions to customers.
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting products, services, and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
- Prepare and deliver quotes for pump and irrigation projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Design irrigation and pump systems tailored to the specific requirements of customers
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales representatives, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide training and support to retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Strong sales experience within the pumps and irrigation sector
- Excellent product and technical knowledge in pumps and irrigation
- Ability to quote jobs/projects and design irrigation and pump systems (desirable)
- Experience leading and managing a team to drive sales growth
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
