ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of Retail Sales Consultant is to focus on sales for the hottest boutique in Bondi (& quietly we think in Australia). This role will be an ambassador for the Brand, developing relationships with our existing and new customers and team members.
This role will suit someone who:
- Is passionate about contemporary fashion accessories and homeware and being the first in the country to sell emerging global brands that are exclusive to Tuchuzy,
- Loves working in a beautiful environment at our iconic Bondi store
- Thrives on working with others in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Live our values and help us continue to build a culture we all love working in,
- Be a brand ambassador,
- Foster excellent relationships with all key stakeholders,
- Ensure achievement of sales targets
- Drive and monitor sales activity in accordance with company defined KPIs
- Spread a client and service centric mind-set and deliver a world class client experience within the Boutique
- Learn the skills and knowledge on brand and product information.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards as set forth by the buying and operations team
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1 years’ experience in retail and women’s accessories / shoes / homewares.
- Proficiency to at least intermediate level in Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel.
- Excellent selling and customer service to deliver quality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm , passion , energy and sense of urgency
- Ability to manage difficult situations with customers and team members where relevant
- Strong attention to detail
- Can do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Organisation, problem-solving skills, and prioritisation skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive thinker and dedicated team member always putting best interests of the business first.
- Collaboration and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
