As a Retail Sales Assistant, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting into the Store Manager you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.
Our team is small, and our industry is forever evolving, so we’re not a fan of “not my role” type of behaviour – we’re a team, we help each other, and our customers are at the heart of what we do.
Let’s talk about qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail role
- Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure
- A strong customer service and sales focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
- Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries (product usage, purchases, etc)
- Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must
- An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues
