Retail Sales Assistant | Mandurah

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our Mandurah store!

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIS
• Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
• Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
• Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
• Show initiative and be a great team player

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
• You will have outstanding communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• A 'can do', hands on style
• A proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member
• You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (including late nights), Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. Approximately 3-6 hours a week. 
• Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (increased hours over Christmas, peak periods and covering leave of team members)
