In addition to their comprehensive pool and spa services, our client takes pride in offering a wide range of high-quality pool chemicals and accessories to enhance the pool ownership experience. To support this function of the business, we are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising Retail Sales and profits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the business' retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting pool and spa chemicals, accessories, and equipment.
- Provide advice on pool and spa maintenance, ensuring customers have the information they need to enjoy a clean and well-maintained pool or spa.
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised retail environment.
- Collaborate with the Retail Team Leader to achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
