The role:
Black Pepper are seeking Retail Sales Assistants to join our wonderful Harbourtown store! You will be supported by a great team of dedicated retailers who love the Black Pepper brand!
Our Retail Assistants pride themselves on spoiling our customers with a unique and honest shopping experience that leaves them looking great and feeling fabulous!
To achieve this, you:
Create genuine in-store experiences with our customers to understand their needs
Style customers to ensure they look and feel great
Participate in store events (such as morning teas and charity events)
Assist the team in the day to day running of the store (stock movement, visual merchandising and cleaning).
The ideal experience we are looking for:
- Experience in retail and working with a mature customer essential
Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day!
Experience in a customer facing sales role
Able to commit to a shift pattern & some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
Experience with Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems and EFTPOS facilities.
