4WD Supacentre is the home of the much-loved brand Adventure Kings, specializing in outdoor recreation and lifestyle products. We are a fast-growing customer-centric business that is looking for passionate staff who will sell the dream set up for our customers.
The role
- Proactively greet and interact with customers
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to our product range
- Demonstrate and explain products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Answer customer's questions about our product range, use and compatibility
- Retrieve products from the sales floor, stock room or other inventory locations as required, and consistent with internal safety processes.
- Process sales through the POS system and collects payments in accordance with company policy.
- Process returns in accordance with ACCC rules and internal claims processes
About you
- A career minded sales professional passionate about outdoors who enjoys camping trips with friends/family
- Individuals familiar with Adventure Kings product range is desirable
- Loves working in a dynamic retail environment and appreciates the challenges
- Outstanding customer relationship skills by active engagement in store
- Extremely motivated to reach the sales targets
- Ability to regularly work weekends
- Experience with 12 volt systems will be an advantage
