Key responsibilities: Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed Complete Trainee Certificate III Business Studies training program as structured and required Ensure an excellent standard of store presentation. Maintain a complete understanding of all products. Maintains updated price labels for all products Provide informed advice and solutions to customer’s needs.
Ensure at least one salesperson is always in the shop. Provides a sales / service role model Pursue all sales leads to completion including in-store customers and residential and commercial building customers. Develop customer follow up procedures Arrange appointments for measures and in house quotes Accurately maintains all customer data.
Generates sales and installation orders Generates Purchase orders Liaises with warehouse manager to ensure customer orders are received and ready for installation as scheduled Assists with Co-ordination of work-flow installations Maintain system to reconcile samples lent to customers Produces accurate Job Costings for each customer order.
