What are we offering?
Davki is Queensland’s leading Corporate Security provider, and we are looking for high-performing security professionals to join our specialised team. We currently have day, afternoon, and evening shifts available as Retail Security for an indoor and open-air shopping centre situated in the Cleveland (Queensland) area.

As a Davki Retail Security Guard your role will involve:
- Monitoring premises
- Conducting surveillance patrols
- Enforcing site rules and regulations
- Maintaining order, safety, and security
- Interacting with and aiding shoppers, visitors, and retailers
- Assisting property and facilities personnel in performing tasks
- Completing reports
- Responding to incidents and emergencies
- Liaising with law enforcement as required
To join Davki as a Retail Security Guard, you must have:
- A current Queensland Security License
- Driver’s License with own reliable transport
- Ability and willingness to work day, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
- Reliability and the ability to manage yourself – being on time, every time
- Pride in our profession and impeccable personal presentation
- An excellent, clear, and friendly style of communication
- Ability to engage with others at all levels and achieve the best outcomes
- Ability to use smartphones, tablets, or other communication devices
- Ability to create high quality incident reports
- Moderate-to-high aptitude for Microsoft Office
- Integrity – with demonstrable honesty, accountability, discipline, and intuition
- A reasonable level of physical fitness
- Previous experience in a security, concierge or similar role, or a high aptitude to learn
