- 1 - 2 years of suitable experience.
- all day-to-day operational matters in running and presenting the store;
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
- Mentor and Train staff as required.

- inventory ordering and management, including minimizing waste and shrinkage;
- Check Stock Takings and Loss Prevention
- Prepare daily & weekly stock reports
- Communicate with suppliers and relevant bodies on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Check security camera recordings on a regular basis to ensure security
- maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both workers and customers;
- overseeing customer service standards;
