Retail Store Manager

• have sound and proven experience in the retail sector;
• have demonstrated history in performing to targets, working with budgets, and maintaining supermarket best practices; and
• possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships.

• 1 - 2 years of suitable experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• all day-to-day operational matters in running and presenting the store;
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
• Mentor and Train staff as required.
• building and maintaining a team with a positive, performance-based culture within the store;
• team training and development;
• inventory ordering and management, including minimizing waste and shrinkage;
• Check Stock Takings and Loss Prevention
• Prepare daily & weekly stock reports
• Communicate with suppliers and relevant bodies on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Check security camera recordings on a regular basis to ensure security
• maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both workers and customers;
• overseeing customer service standards;
• meeting operational and financial key performance indicators;
• ongoing performance improvement; and
• engagement with your local community.

Salary range $70,000 + Superannuation.
