ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our passionate and talented team at our beautiful large format store atBirkenhead Point.

Located at the fabulous Outlet Centre, you will report directly into the State Manager of NSW & ACT and will be responsible for developing and coaching your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive outstanding store sales. 

ABOUT YOU

• Proven Store Management experience in a fast paced, high volume and large format retail sales environment
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing 20 plus team members
• An eye for detail and high visual merchandising standards
• Desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets
• Passion for detailed home styling and creating a beautiful home environment
