About the role
This role is hands-on, and requires a candidate who is:
- a great communicator;
- able to manage multiple priorities at once;
- highly organised and able to self-manage their priorities and workload;
- detail oriented;
- creative and passionate about the outcome of their work;
- happy, positive and motivated.
What you'll bring to the role
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail.
- Management experience a plus.
- An inquiring mind that loves product and is interested in understanding the functional and practical side of Purebaby's clothing and its purpose.
- Operational excellence with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Strong communication skills both with customers and with internal stakeholders - in person and through digital means.
- Great selling skills with a strong understanding of the pillars of our customer service approach.
- Ability to work with the Victorian Regional Manager to achieve daily, weekly and monthly budgets for the store.
- Problem solving skills, with an adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment.
- Solid POS and email skills.
- Ability to learn and grow with the brand and the store.
