Responsibilities: As the Retail Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store's success. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Sales Leadership: Lead by example and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service, driving sales and meeting individual and store sales targets.
- KPI Achievement: Set clear and achievable KPIs for the store and team members. Monitor performance and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and informative shopping environment for customers, offering product recommendations and expert advice to meet their specific needs.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, restocking, and inventory management to ensure the store is well-stocked with a diverse range of products.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-presented, adhering to company guidelines for visual merchandising and promotional displays.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the sports nutrition, health, or fitness industry.
- Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
