We are proudly a female and SA owned company, with 4 beautiful boutiques around SA and a busy online store and Warehouse.
We are looking for a fun, energetic & passionate Retail Manager to join our business and manage our beautiful Stirling boutique. This is a full time role and some weekends are required.
Day to day you will be responsible for leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing the daily operations of the store. More broadly, this role is a key part of our business leadership team. You will work closely with our network of Store Managers, and be a part of the bigger picture too . We want to hear your ideas and share the journey with you. There are opportunities to learn and develop and be part of our buying, marketing and online operations too (if this is what you want!)

About you…
You are a high energy person who is kind, fun and someone people love to be around.
You are passionate about creating amazing customer experiences and making people happy, you can find ways to surprise and delight in every interaction.
You have retail management experience (hopefully) but more importantly you have a natural ability to build relationships and lead a team. You have a willingness to learn, a passion for our products and a positive can do attitude.
You understand [and love] all things stock: inventory management, visual merchandising and best seller reports are your jam.
You are an inspiring, courageous and hands on - always leading by example.
You are confident (and at home) in a fast paced, high volume, sales environment.
You are organised, have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
You have integrity, commitment and bucket loads of empathy and kindness.

Deliver the ultimate Daisy & Hen customer experience every single time.
Build relationships & foster memorable customer experiences with your community.
Achieve sales targets & KPIs for your store & lead your team to do the same.
Coach & lead your team to success.
Maintain high levels of in store Visual Merchandising & store presentation.
Keep up to date on our products, our brands & industry trends
Manage your stores inventory, stock and admin.
Have a can-do attitude, happy to roll your sleeves up to get it done.
We will provide you with ongoing training & development specific to this role, as well as opportunities for professional development to compliment your role.
You will participate in regular business leadership meetings, contributing your ideas and goals for our stores and broader business. Your voice matters here.
