digiDirect seeks a Retail Storeroom Assistant for the Cannington (near Perth WA).
About you
You’ll come to us with at least two years of experience working in a retail store back-of-house and/or warehouse/storeroom.
You'll be at your best under pressure, keen to deliver outstanding results, and appreciative of the importance of exceeding customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Receiving goods from suppliers
- Coordinating customer pick-up and delivery
- Managing inventory levels
- Organising the back of house storage and documents
- Coordinating couriers
Skills
The successful candidates will have:
- Excellent communication skills to provide both face-to-face & phone-based customer service
- A background in retail/warehousing
- Above average computer skills
- A passion for exceeding customers' expectations
- Ability to work as a member of a valuable team and perform within a fast-paced environment
- The flexibility to work above and beyond the call of duty when required
- The ability to work independently or as part of the team

This role will be Monday to Friday between 9am & 5:30. Some flexibility in working hours may be required for major sales events and store stocktakes. Further opportunities may exist to expand the role for the right candidate. A police check may be required.
