Currently OVEN FRESH BAKERS PTY LTD Alice Springs is looking for Retail Supervisor to serve our precious clients.
Position is Full – Time permanent (40 hours)
Salary per annum : $55,000 - $70,000
The ideal Retail Supervisor will possess following attributes:
- Ensuring fast service and high-quality goods and services for customers.
- Responding to customers, inquiries and complaints about goods and services.
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning employees to specific tasks.
- Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, firing, and promoting employees and resolving personnel complaints.
- Training of personnel in handling complex and complicated sales processes.
- Investigating returns and deciding on appropriate actions.
- Inventorying goods for sale and ordering new stock.
- Ensuring correct pricing and presentation of goods and services.
- Ensuring compliance with security measures.
