· Work efficiently during busy service hours to meet customer demand without compromising on food quality.
· Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination in the kitchen and provide excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience as an Asian Cook or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in preparing various Asian dishes.
· In-depth knowledge of Asian culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
· Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
· Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
· Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and creating new dishes.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

About this role:
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

- Responsible For: Supervising/coordinating/training front service staff
- Ensuring customers are served in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure consistency in service on a daily basis
- Ensure all products are stocked correctly
- Assist customers and resolve complaints
Job Description
· Ensure that food and beverages from the store are received correctly and promptly by customers.
· Manage staff, organize work plans, and create time schedules for everyone, while specifying and assigning daily duties.
· Take responsibility for coaching, counselling, recruiting, training, and disciplining staff.
· Manage stock levels efficiently.
· Collaborate with chefs to discuss menu ideas and create menu plans.
· Oversee and undertake stock control, including purchasing and financial transactions.
· Determine levels of customer satisfaction and take appropriate actions to address feedback.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for both customers and staff.
· Hire new staff, train team members, and develop their performance.
· Perform other tasks as required by the employer.
Skills and Experience Required:
· Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
