Apprentices Careers Australia is looking for eager candidates who are interested in the hardware and building materials industries for our Retail Traineeship position in Enfield

This entry level opportunity is with a national market leader in concreting and formwork solutions & materials. It would suit someone interested in building on existing customer service, sales skills and developing product knowledge or for someone with hardware experience looking for the next long term career progression.

What's involved?
During the training contact duration you get to the learn the following with on and off the job training:

• Retail sales 
• Customer service knowledge
• Processing orders & payments, arranging deliveries 
• Answering enquiries and providing quotes
• Product knowledge about hardware and other building materials
• WHS Procedures and Housekeeping

What you need :

•  Australian Citizenship, or Permanent Resident, NZ Citizenship
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Good written and spoken communication skills

• Any knowledge of or exposure to hardware, timber or building industries is welcome
