AddressWe have an exciting opportunity to join the Total Tools team as a Retail Trainer based in either WA or SA. You will play a critical role in providing training and facilitation to our retail network on sales, product and process for the WA and SA regions.

About your new role
- Providing in-store face-to-face sales, product and process training to enhance knowledge and expertise
- New store training facilitation and support, including customer service, sales, product and point of sale training
- Delivery of supplier and internal brand product training
- Instore coaching and development
- Webinar facilitation and assisting with content development (i.e. eLearning Storyboarding)
- Maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
This role will require travel across WA and SA and some other states when required.
About you
- Previous experience in a training or coaching role
- Tools and trade background is preferable – ideally you are comfortable teaching tool knowledge
- Proven retail and/or sales experience
- Experience facilitating face-to-face training programs
- Engaging presentation skills, with the ability to cater to a variety of audiences and learning styles
- Excellent communication and the ability to build strong relationships with our store teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
- The ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must, including intermediate MS Office skills
