The Client:Our client is a leading provider of independent retirement living and aged care services in South-East Queensland. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to seniors, they are dedicated to ensuring their residents live fulfilling and comfortable lives. They are currently seeking a Village Manager to oversee two sites within the region.
The Role:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of two independent retirement living aged care facilities.
- Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents and staff.
- Managing the financial performance of the villages, including budgeting and reporting.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
- Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
- Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the aged care or retirement living sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- A relevant qualification in aged care or a related field is desirable.
