Return to Work Coordinator

K&S Freighters is dedicated to leading in safety, innovation, diversity, and inclusion. We are seeking a Return-to-Work Coordinator for our HS&E / Compliance division based in Western Australia.

Job Summary:

The Return-to-Work Coordinator manages and monitors return-to-work programs, ensuring compliance with SRCA/Comcare legislation. This role reports to the National Injury Manager and supports our commitment to employee welfare and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting and supporting business units in managing work-related injuries and Return to Work.
• Providing support and advice to employees on the early intervention program(s), Return to Work process, and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Liaise with injured workers, insurers, legal and medical professionals, and internal stakeholders to manage rehabilitation cases.
• Comply with applicable safety, rehabilitation, and compensation regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge & experience in rehabilitation case management
• Familiarization of workers' compensation systems and legislation.
• Proven ability to manage Return to Work plans efficiently.
• High-level communication and administrative skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Rehabilitation Management system(s) and knowledge of the SRC Act preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, OHS, or HR with a focus on occupational rehabilitation are preferred.
