Key Responsibilities
- Revit MEP Proficiency: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years ofhands-on experience in Revit MEP, showcasing expertise inmechanical, electrical or plumbing systems and design.
- Collaboration Skills: Work seamlessly with other service tradesand builders to integrate electrical designs into comprehensiveproject plans, fostering effective communication andcollaboration.
- Team Meetings: Actively engage in regular teams and on-sitemeetings, providing valuable insights and updates on ongoingprojects. Strong communication skills are crucial for successfulteamwork.
- Clash Detection and Issue Resolution: Familiarity with clashdetection and the ability to proactively resolve conflicts ordelegate them to our drafting team is essential. The successfulcandidate will play a vital role in ensuring the seamlesscoordination of electrical designs with other project elements,identifying clashes, and implementing effective solutions.
Electrical Background (Desirable): Having an electricalbackground is desirable for this role, as it will provide a deeperunderstanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry-specificrequirements. Candidates with hands-on electrical experience willbe favourably considered.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit MEP
- Proven ability to collaborate with other service trades andbuilders
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
- Proficiency in Dynamo scripting is advantageous
