You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and process improvements for the team, as well as providing advice and evaluating the current reward framework. As you learn and grow, you will pride yourself on your strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.You will be an innovator who is passionate about the field of remuneration and benefits. This role is part of our APAC HR team, where you can learn and absorb all there is to know from our senior Rem and Ben Manager. This is an exciting time to join Fujitsu. - An introduction to HR, having been a graduate or worked in a support role where you may have gained a taste for the remuneration space and are keen to pursue a career path within this niche field.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Good communication skills, including presentations, verbal, written, and corporate communications.
- A high level of skill in building effective relationships internally and externally.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines/tasks given.
- A solutions-focused attitude and the ability to problem-solve.
- The willingness to learn and grow is just as important as your experience to date.
