Rigger Supervisors - EOI

Due to continuous growth KAEFER Integrated Services are looking for expressions of interest for experienced Rigging Supervisors for upcoming local projects in Gladstone. 

Note that these are LOCAL roles only not FIFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively supervise and coordinate all Rigging activities to ensure project deliverables and critical path is adhered to

• Actively supervise the delivery of the project and performance of employees through the provision of leadership, direction, and support; 

• Comply with the authorised Health, Safety and Environment Management Plan, including all relevant systems and procedures;

• Ensure all quality standards for workmanship, procedures and reporting are followed according to the quality management system for the job;

• Provide effective project management support to works, including the planning, preparation, delivery and completion of tasks as required by the Superintendent and client;

• Effectively report on project status as directed by your manager (Including but not limited to hazard reports, safety interactions, absenteeism, shortages, disciplinary actions, variations, ETC);

• In consultation with the Superintendent, undertake general human resource functions including performance management activities that identify and address both areas for improvement and potential promotion/progression opportunities for employees;

• Assist and liaise with the Project Controller regarding project control related functions 

• Demonstrate effective client management and communication;

• Resolution of problems as part of a team and in a cooperative manner 

• Coordinate crane requirements on site to ensure tasks are completed on time

About You

• Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role with a few years experience as a Supervisor. 

• Can do attitude 

• Confined Space, Working at Heights and Gas testing Atmospheres required. 

• S1,2,3 and G2 needed 

• S11 and coal board medical required.
