Riggers * FIFO 2/1 Roster - SINO, Cape Preston

PPS Servicing has proven experience and capabilities in mining industry with maintenance, construction, engineering design, fabrication and installation of industrial facilities.

We are currently seeking experienced Riggers to join our growing team based at Sino Iron Project. 

Applicants will work 2+1 FIFO roster from Perth.

To be eligible for the role you must possess the following:        

Knowledge

• Good knowledge and experience in working in a complex environment with a wide variety of loads.
• High level of commitment to safety and safe work practice

 Skills

• Able to work as part of an extended team
• Able to work safely at heights and within confined spaces
• Able to work unsupervised 

 Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience (as a rigger) preferably in mining/resources sector
• Dual/multiple crane lifts
• Structural steel, pipe work and mechanical rigging  

 Qualifications / Certificates

Essential

• Riggers Ticket 
• Valid Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
• Valid Working at Height ticket / Confined spaces Ticket
• Current WA Driver’s Licence 
• Able to work in extreme heat (50 degrees)
• Current WA Driver’s Licence 

• Applicants will be required to:
• Undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical and D&A Test prior to commencement.
• Willing to be clean shaven for the use of P2 Respirators.
