The role
- You will be building relationships with staff and customers to support customers in "living their lives their way", supporting teams to deliver quality services
- Use your relationship skills to promote Community Vision, network with key stakeholders and reach a wider customer base
- You will be using technology to streamline process and contribute to improvement and new intiatives
- Advocate for customers to improve and substantiate the correct level of support is provided through funding mechanisms
- Monitor service deliverables to ensure they are ontrack to budgets and KPI
- Actively measure and monitor successful delivery of the Aged Care and NDIS Standards
