Role Description:
Under the guidance of the Clinical Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our residents. This permanent part-time role involves a full rotating roster with 9 shifts per fortnight, ensuring seamless patient care. Whether you're an experienced RN or a recent graduate, you'll receive comprehensive support and training to thrive in your role and advance your career within our organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and requirements.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to devise and execute care plans, assess resident outcomes, and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions.
- Cultivate a supportive and nurturing environment for residents, families, and fellow staff members.

Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in aged care is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
