2025 Graduate Nurse Program – Registered Nurse

Central Highlands Rural Health have been funded for 6 Graduate Registered Nurses for 2025

If you are interested in a placement with excellent support from our Clinical Support Nurses and a supportive work environment please submit your application.

Previous graduates continue to work within our organisation and succeed well.

 What’s in it for you:

Part-time 0.8 fixed term for a 12-month program commencing in February 2025 with the option of ongoing employment.

You will be offered rotations across two of the four CHRH campuses (Creswick, Daylesford, Kyneton and Trentham) and a possible Ballarat Health Service rotation.

In the first week a comprehensive orientation program is provided before commencement in the allocated clinical area. Throughout the graduate year 4 study days are held which include practical clinical skill sessions, presentations and simulation scenarios.

Ongoing support from ward preceptors will be available in addition to graduate support from Leaning and Development

About CHRH 

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019.  Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.

All appointments to Central Highlands Rural Health are subject to a satisfactory clearance of a National Police Check and Employee Working with Children Check.  Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of an immunisation assessment prior to commencement.
